Our Hiking & Adventure Service is perfect for active dogs with busy humans!

Raising and caring for your dog is hard work, and sometimes you need a trusted person to help your dog live their best life. If your schedule is jam packed, that old knee injury keeps acting up, or hiking just isn’t your thing, we can jump in and help your dog get outside and enjoy nature with our Hiking & Adventure Service!

Time in nature is a huge piece of overall wellbeing for most dogs, especially crazy teens with boundless energy, or stressed out dogs who need time to decompress and relax.

Our Hiking & Adventure Service includes transportation to and from your home to a nearby hiking or adventure location and an hour of hiking at your dog’s pace. (So even senior dogs can enjoy the benefits!) We carefully choose trails based on your dog’s mobility level, and safety is our top priority!

Your dog will be leashed (usually on a longer leash to give more freedom of movement) and supervised at all times. Living in Texas also means we need to be cautious about the heat, so hikes only take place during times when temperatures are safe. We carry ample water during hikes and are trained in first aid just in case.

While enjoying nature and being a dog is the main purpose of our hikes, we’ll reinforce your dog for checking in (offering up eye contact/engagement) and teach skills to help them  thrive on the trails like waiting or slowing down on inclines, and strategies to pass or let other dogs & people pass them.

Trips to Sniff Spots (rentable private dog parks) available for reactive pups or pups who need off leash time.
